Do I need an appointment?

We welcome both walk-in clients and reservations. Appointments allow us to dedicate sufficient time and ensure your barber is available when you arrive. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Wait times are typically less than 30 minutes for haircuts. Shaves and razor cuts may have longer waits due to time required. Call or book online to guarantee your spot!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Tips for your Artist’s are appreciated and traditionally given in cash. Please note we do not accept personal checks.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask customers who have booked appointments online or by phone to notify us of cancellations no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. No-shows or last minute cancellations take away spots from other clients. If you miss or cancel without notice on more than 2 appointments, we will require prepayment for future bookings.

Does it hurt?

Yes! But in the best possible way. Your brain releases endorphins when you go through pain and your body loves endorphins, so yes, it hurts, but you’ll kinda like it.

How do I care for my new tattoo?

Proper aftercare is crucial for the healing process. We will provide detailed aftercare instructions, which typically include keeping the tattoo clean, applying a recommended ointment, and avoiding direct sunlight and soaking in water. Follow our guidelines to ensure your tattoo heals beautifully.

Do you offer cover-up tattoos?

Yes, our skilled artists can design and execute cover-up tattoos to transform or conceal existing tattoos. During your consultation, we will discuss the best approach to achieve your desired outcome.

What should I do if I need to reschedule my appointment?

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

Can I bring my own design or reference image?

Absolutely! We encourage clients to bring their own designs or reference images. Our artists will work with you to refine and adapt the design to create a unique tattoo that suits your vision.

How long does it take to get a tattoo?

The time required for a tattoo depends on the size and complexity of the design. Small tattoos can take as little as an hour, while larger, more detailed pieces may require multiple sessions. Your artist will provide a time estimate during your consultation.
